Black ink on red paper, glued to thick cardboard with silver metal cording hot glued to edges. Wings and crown are stamped on white heavy cardstock and cut out.

| These 4 cardstock hearts are stamped, cut out, united with machine stitching down the center, then edges are curled and dotted with white opaque marker or gel pen. Add the same dot effect to the black paper oval and card edges. If your colored papers don’t have dots, you can add those, too. Notice the bottom heart is red paper. You can make each heart a different color as well. Simple to make, dramatic result! |

These Valentines are so quick and easy to make.
They aren’t too feminine, so they’d make great cards for men.
Stamp collectors (philatelists) would love them, too!

I used three stamps for these cards. Layers of Color Beloved Wings, Renaissance Hearts (word, “Heart”), and Beaded Frames (circle) clear art stamp sets.
The cents, word “Love” and outlines are hand written with an embossing pen. Embossing ink and white embossing powder is used for all designs.
Layers of red, black and polka-dot paper add a dramatic feel. The striped Valentine is given a masculine touch with brown ink distressed edges. Make them in shades of magenta and coral and they would be soft and feminine.
