Black ink on red paper, glued to thick cardboard with silver metal cording hot glued to edges. Wings and crown are stamped on white heavy cardstock and cut out.

Layers of Color clear art stamps used on this tag are Renaissance Hearts (heart & word), and flourish from Nature Walk. The heart was stamped in red ink, then repeated again, cut out and applied with foam tape.

This was such fun to stamp, I even stamped on the paper flowers! Stamps used are from Layers of Color Boutique: Dotted Delights (bird, dots and dotted flourishes), Flower Child (heart and branches of hearts).

Make a cone with a sheet of music, this one is circa 1938. Add Layers of Color Beloved Wings clear art stamp stamped on red paper, embossed in white, outlined in black, and cut out. Layers of Color Royal Birds clear art stamp is stamped with black ink on white paper and cut out then glued on top of heart.
Red crepe paper is pleated, stitched together, and attached with glue to the top edge and tip. Ribbon is glued to top edge and eyelets are attached and woven with ribbon. Add a pretty ribbon for hanging and you’re ready to fill it to overflowing with your expressions of love.

| These 4 cardstock hearts are stamped, cut out, united with machine stitching down the center, then edges are curled and dotted with white opaque marker or gel pen. Add the same dot effect to the black paper oval and card edges. If your colored papers don’t have dots, you can add those, too. Notice the bottom heart is red paper. You can make each heart a different color as well. Simple to make, dramatic result! |
