I’m sorry that I’ve been Missing in Action…action indeed! My daughter, her hubby and their dog came in for the holidays, my youngest daughter got the swine flu and the house that my in-laws live in (on our property right next to our house) had a disaster. The water pipe in the ceiling burst after a week long freeze and the ceiling caved in with pouring water and soaking insulation raining in their bedroom. The house is very tiny and so 3/4 of it has been damaged and it’s unlivable. Fortunately nobody was home and they are in California for the holidays. Thank you, Lord!
So, I’m sorry that I haven’t been blogging and that I didn’t get to doing any artwork for Faith Art Friday. So much clean up and details, and paperwork with insurance, so many inspectors and workers coming by! I’m so thankful that I was all ready for Christmas! I’m also thankful that our home is fine so we have a place of calm and comfort.
Please hold us in your prayers and forgive me for not posting for awhile as we sort it all out…and enjoy the company of my family during Christmas!

Sorry to hear about your in-law’s house. That happened to us while we were on furlough in the US a few years ago. Thankfully, the damage was minimal. We were also able to raise the needed funds to fix the problem and our dear Croatian friends fixed everything before we came back home. God was and is good indeed.
YIKES!! That looks aweful! I will be praying for you that all is quickly and easily resolved and repaired!! Blessings and Hugs!!
