Hello Laura, I love what you did for this challange.
A beautiful interpretation of this weeks theme, in bygone days washing was very hard work.
In the old days women had a tough live due to all the hard labour, Respect.

I also wanted to thank you for visiting mij blog and leaving your comment, it is always nice to get appreciation for the work we`ve made/done.
You asked me how I made the Crackle in my work.
(How did you do the crackle? I love it! Creatively Yours, Laura)

Here is how I did it: First I selected what kind of background-paper I used and than I stamped the crackle on it with medium-brown color Ink. It is very easy and this way you can make any paper look “old”.
This is the mounted stamp that I mean:

CRACKLED BACKGROUND-3024G-Rubber Stampede Rubber Stamp-SIZE: approximately 4-1/4″x4-5/8″.
