Patter Cross, Senior Layers of Color Designer

I have been married to the love of my life, Michael, since March 1989. I was first introduced to scrapbooking in 1997, three years after our identical triplet girls were born. I truly try to use my paper crafting passion to glorify the Lord and share Him with others. I love to create layouts (9×9 and 6×6 are my favorite), cards, tags, ATCs, and alter various things. I have been involved in various types of crafting since I was a little girl. I love to crochet, cross stitch, sew, and anything else crafty I can get my hands into!

I also have a deep passion for music. I sing and play several instruments. My girls and I are in our church orchestra together, and between the four of us we represent quite the woodwind section playing flute, oboe, clarinet, and saxophone.

I have been published in Paper Crafts, Cards, and several online articles. I also keep busy in the crafting world by hosting a sketch blog, designing for a few other companies, writing paper crafting articles, and hosting challenges that incorporate my faith into my crafting.

My wonderful husband, Michael, knows that paper crafting is what keeps his wife happy so he is always there to make sure I get my crafting time. Yes, I am blessed. And besides homeschooling our precious girls, I am also a certified childbirth educator, infant massage instructor, and a leader in Bible Study Fellowship. I love to teach, share my love for the Lord, and help others. I am so excited to be designing for Layers of Color, and thanks to Laura for giving me this opportunity.
